Nila has hit out at the makers of 'Jaganmohini' for shortening her role in the film. The actress, who had earlier 'announced' that she would bid adieu to acting and later denied it, says she is not at all happy with the Deepavali release.
"I was initially told that I am one of the heroines of 'Jaganmohini' but I realised that my role in the film is that of a glorified 'extra' after watching the film in Hyderabad," she says.
Nila adds: "I don't know why my role has been butchered. They have knocked of atleast 30 minutes of my role. I am not even part of the film's promotional events."
Saying that her picture was reduced to 'stamp size' on the posters of the film, the actress says, "this shows that I should be more careful in the future before accepting offers.
